  2. Authorization for approval of minutes from the regular meeting of March 4, 2026.
  3. Authorization to receive the County Clerk’s 2025 Excess Fees.
  4. Authorization to receive the 2026-2027 Proposed Jail Budget.
  5. Authorization to receive the Capital Community Economic/Industrial Authority Inc., Dba Develop Frankfort Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2026-2027
  6. Authorization to award a bid for Appraisal Technical Review Services for Franklin County’s Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) Home Buyout Program.
  7. Authorization to approve a Resolution to apply for a Second Chance Act addressing the needs of incarcerated parents and their minor children grant with the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention to serve as recipient with the Wanda Joyce Robinson Foundation, Thorn Hill Education Center, and The National Center for Families Learning as Subrecipients.
  8. Authorization to approve a Resolution of the Fiscal Court of the County of Franklin Kentucky (“COUNTY”) authorizing, approving, and directing the execution of the necessary documentation for the County to Participate in the National Opioid Litigation’s Settlement with Six Remnant Defendants Settlement and approval of Remnant Defendants Settlement Plan.
  9. Authorization to approve a promotion from Maintenance Technician to Assistant Director of Maintenance.
  10. Authorization to approve a Resolution authorizing the allocation of FEMA proceeds to payroll for the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.
  11. Authorization to authorize the Treasurer to open the following certificates of deposit on behalf of the Fiscal Court to improve investment earnings.
  12. Authorization to receive Treasurer’s Report.
  13. Authorization to approve Budget Transfers for Fiscal Year 2025-2026.
  14. Authorization to approve Cash Transfers for Fiscal Year 2025-2026.
  15. Payment of Claims
  16. Authorization to go into closed session, per KRS 61.810 (1), (c), discussions of proposed or pending litigation against or on behalf of the public agency.
