The Franklin County Clerk’s office will be CLOSED from January 1st through January 12th due to the Department of Transportation Statewide Kavis System upgrade.
They SHOULD reopen to the public on January 15th, 2024.
January renewals will have to wait until they are reopened. There is also an extension for January renewals until February 29th.
