Do you still have leaves you don’t know what to do with? Franklin Co. farmers need you!
Starting on January 15th and running through the 31st, Franklin County residents can give their fallen leaves a new life at participating farms!
Simply gather your leaves and head to any of these three locations:
- Rookery Flower Co.: 648 Steele Branch Rd
- Firmly Rooted Flowers: 650 Evergreen Rd.
- Dobner Family Farm: 1660 Shadrick Ferry Rd.
Look for a bright teal sign that reads “Leaf Drop Off Here.” Leaves either need to be in paper yard waste bags or loosely tied plastic bags. This program is only for Franklin County/City residents, and other yard waste i.e. branches, grass clippings, are not acceptable.
By participating in a drop-off, residents consent to utilize the service at their own risk. Franklin County Fiscal Court is not responsible for any damages or injuries incurred during leaf drop-off.
