ROAD CLOSURES in Frankfort and Franklin County due to flooding:

NEW- The Kentucky River was at 10.51ft at 3:30pm and has leveled off today. State, County, and City road crews continued work today to clean, inspect, and open roadways as the water had receded.

Kentucky River-

All roads and streets have reopened except:
– Glenns Creek-KY 1659, from Harrod Carter to the 2500 block / Woodford County (closed 3/01/2021)

State Transportation officials completed an inspection today and the road will remain closed until a more thorough structural evaluation can take place.
