The 13th Annual OK for CASA Chili Luncheon was held this afternoon at the VFW on Second Street. The event raised money to help abused and neglected children who are served by the Court Appointed Special Advocates – CASA of Franklin County. Members of the Kiwanis and Optimist clubs volunteered to help run the luncheon.
