Create a profile!
To rent a park facility, residents must create an online profile. Use this profile to check the status of your rental at any time. If you have already created a profile for our landfill voucher portal you can skip this step and sign in using the same credentials.
How do I request a reservation?
Click on the blue request a reservation button above, login to your account, click on the date that you wish to reserve and fill out the information!
Pay Online!
Once your request is approved by our park staff you will recieve an e-mail allowing you to pay with your credit card.

Availability
You can use the calendar feature on our portal to check the availability of your desired dates. This is a service provided to help in your planning process. The calendar does not serve as a guarantee that your particular date is available. Previously scheduled events may not yet have been entered into this system. Your event date is only guaranteed when you have paid your deposit and have signed your rental agreement.
Facility Rental Rates
Hancock Pavilion –
Daily Rental Fee: $79.50 (includes sales tax).
Robinson Pavilion –
Daily Rental Fee: $53.00 (includes sales tax).
Farm Bureau Pavilion –
Daily Rental Fee: $212 (includes sales tax).
The Carter House
A two story Colonial style house with a private lawn, front and back patios, and gazebo. Available for meetings, parties, receptions, reunions and other events.
