The FRANKLIN COUNTY FISCAL COURT will receive Proposals from Qualified Construction Managers for both Pre-construction Phase services and Construction Phase services for THE NEW FRANKLIN COUNTY ROAD DEPARTMENT HEADQUARTERS PROJECT.
Interested and qualified Construction Managers (CM) can submit the proposal to:

An authorized representative of the FRANKLIN COUNTY FISCAL COURT will receive CM Proposals until 4:00 PM EST on March 28, 2022. Proposals received after this date will not be accepted.
Proposals shall clearly indicate a Proposal for Construction Management Services.
Proposing Construction Managers will be required to meet certain qualifications, which include the following:
- CM Experience
- Payment and Performance Bonds
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Ability to Provide Experienced Office and Field Staff
