Franklin County Residents (blue/red carts):
There are three ways to request a trash/recycling cart replacement (Republic Services):
1. Calling 859-263-2000
2. Emailing franklin@republicservices.com:
- Include name, address, trash or recycling cart request
3. Creating an account on republicservices.com
Must sign up on browser
"Sign up" -> "Link Your Account" -> "I pay a municipality" -> "Verify Address"
Once you have an account, there is a "repair a container" button on the Republic Services app.
Whenever Republic gets back with you on a delivery date, make sure your cart is out on the curb for them to exchange.
*Please do not contact your magistrate about cart replacement, contact Republic directly. Their teams needs your inquiry on file with their system and your contact info in case they need to reach you!
